While we don’t charge an hourly rate for our Junk Removal Service, our
prices remain affordable by keeping each job as efficient as possible.
You can help us with a few simple preparations prior to our arrival.
1. Determine exactly which items will be hauled away
Please take a few minutes before we arrive to determine exactly what items we will be hauling away.
Do you have a few items in the garage? And more in the basement?
That’s no problem at all, but the more we take on our first visit, the more money you will save by avoiding return-service.
2. Group items when possible
When possible, please place all unwanted items in one general location.
While we are happy to remove large items from multiple locations, it is much easier for removal when small items are placed in one group.
3. Remove any ‘wanted’ items prior to our arrival
We’re happy to help you determine which of your items are actually ‘junk’, and even recommend alternative disposal options, but if you know that you are keeping a particular item, please remove it from the items being hauled away, when possible.
4. Inform us of any extra-large/heavy items
We can handle any size project, but removing extremely large or heavy items requires special equipment and extra hands. Please inform us of any super-sized items, such as large appliances, freezers, refrigerators, etc., so we can remove your items quickly and safely on our first visit.
5. Ask questions
If you have any questions regarding removal of a particular item, or our pricing structure, please feel free to ask us when you call. We’re happy to answer any questions and get you all of the information you need prior to pick-up.
